Terms for using the PlaySafeInUs marketing website.
Acceptance
By using this website you accept these terms. The site describes a physical hospitality venue in Kraków. It is not an online gambling service.
The venue
PlaySafeInUs Sp. z o.o. hosts lodging, dining, and an adults-only gaming floor at ul. Świętego Jana 15, Kraków. Participation in gaming takes place on site only. We do not offer online wagering, deposits, or digital wallets.
Age
You must be 18 or older for the gaming floor. We may request photo identification and refuse entry where ID is not provided.
Reservations
Requests are reviewed by staff against capacity. A submitted form is not a confirmed booking until we write back.
Liability
The website is provided as-is. To the extent allowed by applicable Polish and EU law, we are not liable for loss arising from use of the site beyond what the law requires us to keep.
